Using the website

These terms describe use of the Sport My Fitness website, operated by SPORTMYFITNESS LLC. Please use it lawfully and respect other people’s rights. If you disagree with these terms, discontinue use of the website. Any purchase or service arrangement must be confirmed separately using the information and terms provided for that transaction.

The website presents fitness services, programs, community information, media, apparel previews and Yoshi’s book. Availability and final product details may change.

Inquiries and information

Sending the contact form, emailing or calling requests a conversation. It does not by itself create an appointment, reserve a space, enroll you in a program or place an order. Confirm the relevant details directly with Sport My Fitness before relying on them.

Please provide accurate contact information and keep your message relevant. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority to do so.

Sessions and packages

Program prices and descriptions help you explore your options. Before booking or paying, confirm the service format, location, session length, total price, dates and availability directly with Sport My Fitness. For a package, also confirm the number of sessions and any expiration or use restrictions.

Cancellation notice, rescheduling, no-show charges, refunds and any recurring payments must be explained and agreed before the transaction. This website does not establish a cancellation fee, package-expiration period or automatic-renewal arrangement. Merchandise return terms do not set the rules for training sessions.

These website terms do not replace a service agreement, required cancellation notice or refund right that applies to your booking. Sending an inquiry does not enroll a child or provide parental permission for participation.

Content and ownership

The Sport My Fitness name, logo and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Some photographs, media, marks and other materials belong to their respective owners, as identified by credits or other notices.

You may view and use website information for personal, noncommercial purposes. Reproducing, selling or distributing protected material requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law otherwise permits it. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party material.

Apparel previews and book purchases

The apparel collection is marked Coming Soon. Its displayed styles, colors and prices describe the proposed collection; they do not confirm inventory, available sizes or an accepted order. This website does not currently accept apparel orders or payments. See Shipping & Returns for the current status.

The book page presents Yoshi Is, Yoshi Goes, Yoshi Has and links to Amazon. The quotation is credited to the publisher’s book description.

Following “View on Amazon” opens an external retailer. Confirm the seller, format, current price, availability, shipping and return terms on that listing before purchasing. The book is not purchased through a Sport My Fitness checkout.

Fitness information

Website and book-related content provide general fitness and educational information. Read the Fitness Disclaimer before relying on exercise or wellness content. Individual coaching arrangements and any appropriate health screening are handled separately from browsing this website.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit spam, impersonate another person, send unlawful or harmful material, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or information.

Sport My Fitness may restrict abusive use and may make the website temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security reasons.

External services and accuracy

External links, media destinations, map services and form delivery are operated by their respective providers. Review those providers’ terms and privacy notices when using their services. A link does not promise availability or endorse every statement on an external site.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but errors and temporary interruptions can occur. Contact us to confirm a detail or report a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be identified by a revised date. Updated website terms will not be used to retroactively change a completed purchase or a separately agreed service arrangement.
