About this notice

This notice covers information handled through the Sport My Fitness website and its general inquiry form. Sport My Fitness is operated by SPORTMYFITNESS LLC. Questions about this notice can be sent using the contact details below.

The website does not offer customer accounts, online training registration or its own checkout. Information shared during training, in person or through a separate service may require a separate notice. Following the book link to Amazon takes you to a separate retailer with its own privacy practices.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest, and goals or questions. An apparel inquiry may also include the style, color and size you select. Your message may include other information you choose to provide. Emailing or calling us shares the information you include in that communication.

Keep website messages general. Please do not submit medical records, detailed health information, financial account information, passwords or information about a child through the inquiry form. Contact Yoshi to discuss an appropriate way to share information needed for training.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to questions, discuss services you have requested, and maintain the related correspondence. Within the CMS, only Yoshi's designated account can read, manage or delete website inquiries. Other workspace accounts cannot open the inbox. Hosting and recovery administrators may have technical access needed to operate, secure or restore the service. Email replies are handled separately through the business email account. Website request information may also be processed to deliver pages, troubleshoot errors and protect the service.

Sending an inquiry is not a newsletter subscription. The current website has no newsletter enrollment or advertising-pixel feature.

Services used by this website

• Website inquiries: the website validates your submission and stores it in the private Sport My Fitness message inbox. Yoshi manages these stored inquiries through her designated CMS account. Receiving a website inquiry does not depend on email delivery. No separate contact-form processing service is used.
• Private inquiry storage and recovery: the inbox uses private Vercel Blob storage. Encrypted recovery archives are also stored privately in Vercel Blob and protected by a separate recovery key.
• Microsoft Outlook: messages delivered to the business email account and replies are handled through Microsoft’s email service. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Vercel: website hosting, delivery, BotID spam verification and request rate controls may process request information such as your IP address, browser details, page requested and request time for operation and security. BotID may also process browser signals and use security cookies to verify the request. See Vercel’s privacy notice.
• Google Maps: the Contact page includes an embedded map that can connect to Google when it loads. The map can process technical information and may use cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
• Amazon, AuthorHouse and other external destinations: book, social and media links open separate websites. Visiting those sites, placing an order or contacting those providers is subject to their own notices.

Information may also be disclosed where applicable law requires it or where reasonably necessary to address security incidents, protect legal rights or respond to lawful requests.

Cookies and browser storage

The website saves your light or dark appearance choice in local browser storage. This preference remains until you change it or clear the site’s stored data.

Google Analytics and advertising pixels are not currently integrated into this website. The hosting, mail, spam-verification or map providers may process technical information or use cookies under their own policies.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser and contact us by phone instead of using the form. Blocking storage may affect saved preferences, spam verification or embedded features. This notice will be updated if the website’s information-handling practices change.

Retention and security

Stored inquiries remain until Yoshi deletes them. A separate private security counter stores keyed network identifiers and attempt counts for the current ten-minute window; it does not store your message, name or email. Expired counter entries are replaced on the next attempt. Deleting an inquiry removes its name, email address and message from the active inbox. Technical receipt identifiers and content fingerprints may remain to prevent duplicate submissions. Separate email correspondence, downloaded exports and encrypted recovery archives may retain copies after an active-inbox deletion. Recovery archives remain subject to the configured backup retention policy.

Yoshi keeps inquiry emails as needed to answer questions and maintain related correspondence. There is no fixed deletion period for these messages.

No website or email system can promise absolute security. Please keep inquiries general and use the contact details below to ask about information you have already provided.

Your choices and requests

You can choose to contact us by phone instead of submitting the form. You may ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing the address below. Please provide enough context to identify the correspondence without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Requests will be handled under applicable law, with reasonable identity verification where needed. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. Requests about information held independently by Amazon, Google or another provider should also be directed to that provider.

Children’s information

Website inquiries are intended to be submitted by adults. A parent or legal guardian asking about a youth program should use their own contact details and keep the initial message general. Do not send a child’s name, medical records or other identifying details through this form. The website does not provide children’s accounts or online camp enrollment.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. These instructions do not replace any privacy or parental-consent obligation that applies.
